  1. 1983 purchased bosses 1975 gt750m .in 1975 a move to California resulted in a meeting with a tuner who ported the cylinders etc .   1990 a move to Ohio meant marriage and a break of 18years.In 2006 after a Super Eliminator meeting at Norwalk and with encouragement from Kawasaki triples record holder Dave Derrick the story began again.In 2007 the frame and engine came out of the basement.in 2008 a final pass of 12.9 was achieved.2009 resulted in mid 12s and  winning the quick reaction time award this in turn resulted in the nickname the HATCHET.  In 2010 with revised porting by FLANNERY and full race expansion pipes the bike was now running low 11 second 1/4 miles.by the end of the year the seasons best was mid 10s with a terminal speed over 120mph,a quiet 2011 race season resulted in another step forward to 10.49 at 130.6.mph.2012 and Dyno testing resulted in 127 RWHP​.

WINTER REBUILDING FOR THE 2014 RACE SEASON WITH NEW WOSSNER FORGED PISTONS FITTED A NEW PB WAS ESTABLISHED AT THOMPSON RACE WAY  PARK.
 
THE RESULT WAS AN ELAPSED TIME OF 9.9958 AND A TERMINAL SPEED OF 133.60 MPH

           WORLDS FASTEST SUZUKI GT 750 DRAGBIKE

         HATCHET RACING GREAT WHITE BUFFALO

Had a great weekend at Manufacturers Cup World Finals in Valdosta GA this past weekend. Over 500 dragbikes from all around the world came to compete in 15 different classes from Top Fuel, Pro and Sportsman. Super Eliminator had 18 entries with eight 2-stroke bike and 10 4-strokes and everything from Harley's to modern Turbo Busas all running off IDBA national records and Indexes based on displacement, chassis, clutch and power adder modifications.
I entered the Suzuki GT750 and ended up as #3 Qualifier and reset both ends of the record during qualifying, recording the first 8 sec pass on a GT at 8.987 sec and 150.8 mph.

2019 saw the addition of a Hatchet Racing modified Nitrous Express injection system

at the Fueltech world finals held at the South Georgia Motorsports Park a further improvement was achieved  with a 8.938 pass.
